Six Ways We Protect and Manage Your Data

From the moment you open an account, your data passes through encrypted connections and is stored in access-controlled environments.

Encrypted Data Storage

All personal data — including UPI references and Paytm wallet identifiers — is stored using AES-256 encryption at rest. Access is restricted to authorised staff with a documented business need, and every access event is logged.

Cookie & Tracking Policy

We use session cookies to keep you logged in and analytics cookies to understand how pages are navigated. You can adjust cookie preferences at any time from the Privacy Settings menu inside your account dashboard.

Account Security Controls

Two-factor authentication is available for every account and we recommend enabling it during setup. Login attempts from unrecognised devices trigger an automatic email alert to your registered address before access is permitted.

Data Retention Periods

Account data is retained for the period required by applicable law in the jurisdiction where you access our services. Once the retention period expires, data is securely deleted or anonymised following our internal deletion schedule.

Your Right to Request Changes

You may request correction of inaccurate personal data, a full export of your data in a readable format, or complete deletion of your account record. Requests are processed within 30 days and you receive written confirmation on completion.

Third-Party Data Sharing

We share data only with payment processors such as PhonePe and UPI network partners, fraud-prevention services, and where disclosure is required by a court order or applicable regulation. We do not share data for advertising purposes.
